외국계 제약대기업 Medical Communication and Excellence Associate (학술담당자)



Key responsibilities :



- Medical communication service



n Respond to the requested question and inquiry



n Develop and implement specific initiative and action plans to improve the level of quality for scientific information



n Assess the improvement made in terms of effectiveness and user/customer friendly concept



n Medical background training for sales reps



n Handling 24 hour phone




- Medical review service



n Review promotional materials and involvement of system development



n Develop the local SOP aligned with global guidance / direction



n Re-evaluate the produced promotional materials with regular report sharing




- Medical excellence (including project management)



n Develop and implement specific programs and action plans to improve the level of medical excellence for successful medico marketing,


medico-sales and other cross functional interface



n Identify the key areas of improvement for successful management of medical initiative



n Lead thinking and provide solution for effective project management(such as medical performance management)



n Collaborate with region/ global team to benchmark and to manage regional/global project




Requirements



n Knowledge on products and related disease



n Knowledge on regulations and guidelines including pharmaceutical affairs law, guidelines of KPMA and KRPIA etc



n Basic knowledge on biostatistics and literature evaluation



n At least 1-2 year experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
