Overall Responsibilities : <?XML:NAMESPACE PREFIX = ST1 />Release QC release and quality check for the products

Major duties and responsibilities:

1. Issue QC release certification

2. Batch record review and control

3. Check CoA for QC release

4. Lab. Data review and input to the system

5. packaging material inspection

6. Input complaint information into PCOM and tracking of complaint case

7. Assistance to prepare the registration documents, and review &amp; collect data for Annual product review

8. Assistance of over all quality operations

7. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  
• Validation and analytical instrument calibration
  
• Analytical Method Transfer Exercise
  
• Report Laboratory Investigation Report (LIR) &amp; Out of Specification(OOS) and support initial investigation
  
• Health and safety(EHS) handling
  
• Stability test
  
• Documentation including initiating SOP and import procedures
  
• Preparation of Registration documents
  
• Supports Quality Assurance Self Appraisal (QASA)
  
• Supports product complaints
