-Product short/long term planning, strategy development and resource management of PD

-Lead Profit Plan &amp; annual operating planning

-Refine existing marketing strategy and guide marketing team

-Manage the budget/resource to optimize the business

-Implementation control and management

-Ensure all marketing programs are compliance/aligned with the product strategy and internal policy

-Monitor implementation progress and track

-Internal/External customer management
