Department: Medical 소속의 당뇨제품 담당
Korea Title: 메디컬 부서 내에서 학술 마케팅을 담당 (대리 ~ 과장급)

영업 실무자들에게 제품 및 관련 질환에 대한 학술적 정보를 제공함으로서 효율적인 Sales가 이루어질 수 있도록 Support하고, Key Opinion Leader 및 주요 고객들(의사)을 대상으로 여러 학술적 정보를 제공하고 교류 활성화를 통한 Relationship Management

Description and Purpose (or primary objective)
Support franchise from a scientific/medical perspective in the commercialization of Company Product
Build strong KOL (Key Opinion Leader) advocates & develop a pool of speakers that can be used throughout KOREA to present scientific & product information on behalf of Company
Build strong KOL advocates for Product
Major Accountabilities
(1) Develop diabetes KOL advocates
- KOL relationship management - all elements
- Manage local, regional and international symposia participation
- Provide updated scientific information relating to related products
- Provide promotional offerings based on KOL needs
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met
(2) Develop Pool of related products speakers
- Identify pool of speakers
- Ensure speakers are familiar with relevant product information
- Quality of presentation
- Brief speakers prior to speaker engagement
- Assist internal stakeholders in the development of symposia etc agendas
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met
(3) Develop KOL advocates
- KOL relationship management - all elements
- Manage local, regional and international symposia participation
- Provide updated scientific information relating to anti diabetes products
- Provide promotional offerings based on KOL needs
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met
(4) Internal support
- Ensure all Medical Advisor activities aligned to Marketing and Sales strategies
- Ensure activities are communicated with internal stakeholders
- Product Expert – Scientific and medical
- Provide product specific training to new PSR (Professional Sales Rep)'s
- Provide on going scientific/medical support to sales teams
- Provide scientific input in development of marketing strategies and tactical programs
(5) Policy & medical Society recommendations
- Ensure diabetes products are included in appropriate medical society recommendations
- Drive policy objective to have anti-diabetes products included in government funding programs
(6) Manage Advisory Board
- Develop agendas and arrange meetings
- Ensure each meeting is appropriately minute
- Manage development of Board initiated publications
(7) Link with Regional and medical advisors
- Maintain working relationship key personnel
(8) Member of Franchise Leadership Team
- Attendance to meetings
- Active participation
(9) Local Clinical IISP Study support for specific anti diabetes products (Investigator Initiated Studies Program)
자격요건
-약학 or 생명공학 석사 이상 학위 소지자
-영어 가능자
-현업 경력 없어도 무관하나, Commercial Mind 겸비
-Communication & People Skill 이 뛰어난 자
