담당업무 :

1. Understands the customers and environment: conducts market research
2. Formulates & develops marketing strategies, including 5-year IBR/Strategic Plan
3. Implements the Marketing Strategy, through annual/cyclical plan of action (POA)
4. Supports Sales team to deliver sales objectives & activities
5. Actively builds KOLs endorsement & advocates, networks with other stakeholders
6. Demonstrates high level of product knowledge and therapy area knowledge under responsibility
7. Monitors performance and controls A&P budget
8. Drive Cross functional collaboration effectively, including company network, especially sales force
Adherence to company and industry code of conducts, ethics and code of marketing practice

자격요건 : ETC마케팅 경력 및 성과우수자, 영어구사능력 뛰어난 자 과장~차장급 직급 협의가능

Excellent communication skill with cross-functional teams, especially with sales team

Able to engage and influence internal / external stakeholders Good relationship management with key customers
