Health Science Associate (Global Major Pharmaceutical Company)
JD
1) Key Customer Management
-Regular visit to target physicians based on call plan
-Provide physicians with updated highly scientific information on product & disease
-Shape physicians' view on the disease and establish needs for product
2) Speaker Development and Management
-Develop key speakers to become strong advocates for the product & therapeutic class
-Speaker support through lecture content discussion & slide development
-Coordinate speakers according to field request
3) Product Training Support
-Search updated articles on the product and develop key messages for training of sales rep
-Deliver PSR product training at cycle meetings etc.
Qualification
-Ability to understand and integrate complex scientific concepts
-Superior interpersonal and communication skills (esp. Ability to communicate with, and influence top tier national thought leaders in an academic settings)
-Prior experience in diabetes field required
-Education: Master or Ph.D. degree in science major essential (advanced degree in science preferred)
